Explanation:

This report shows that the specified users have not been able to connect to Narbulut servers since the relevant date. If any user affiliated with your organization cannot connect to Narbulut servers for 4 days, the sending starts and continues until the problem is solved.

Checks to be made:

  2. Find the relevant user in the Products > Backup Now > Installations menu.
  3. Check the connection status of the Narbulut Backup Now application with Narbulut servers in the “Connection Status” column of the installation. If there is no connection, check the following:

    • Make sure that the “Narbulut Backup Now Audit Service” service is “Running”.
