If you’re signed in to a work or school account, the menus and options you see in your account may be different. Contact your administrator for more information.

To manage, add and delete users for your organization to administrator account you must have.

Organizations can use Narbulut Users for transactions such as:

  • Internal users
  • Non-institutional users (Adres Defteri)
  • in nDocs Workspace workspace operations
  • Backup NowBackup operations in
  • Internal and external user shares
  • Using Online Office
  • Joint field studies
  • Temporary space shares

Note: Any user can create an address book user. It is not necessary to have an administrator account.

Creating a user #

User creation is done only with administrator accounts.

  1. In your browser narbulut.comby entering, Narbulut nDocs Workspace Go to the area.
  2. Click on your username in the upper right corner and
    Select the administrator account.
  3. in the upper left corner
    Click on the menu icon.
  4. Organizayson,
    Click on the Users menu.
  5. Click on the Add button
  6. Enter the information and select the user’s settings.
  7. KaydetClick .

In order to use accounts belonging to your organization, user profile information must be entered completely, roles and groups must be defined, and licenses must be assigned.

User editing #

User editing is done only with administrator accounts.

  1. In your browser narbulut.comby entering, Narbulut nDocs Workspace Go to the area.
  2. Click on your username in the upper right corner and
    Select the administrator account.
  3. in the upper left corner
    Click on the menu icon.
  4. Organizasyon,
    Click on the Users menu.
  5. Hover over the user you want to edit.
    Click on the icon and
    Select Edit.
  6. Bilgileri girin KaydetClick .
Delete user #

User deletions are only done with administrator accounts.

  1. In your browser narbulut.comby entering, Narbulut nDocs Workspace Go to the area.
  2. Click on your username in the upper right corner and
    Select the administrator account.
  3. in the upper left corner
    Click on the menu icon.
  4. Organizayson,
    Click on the Users menu.
  5. Hover over the user you want to delete.
    Click on the icon and
    SilSelect .
  6. EvetClick .
Disabling the user #

Disabling users can only be done with administrator accounts.

  1. In your browser narbulut.comby entering, Narbulut nDocs Workspace Go to the area.
  2. Click on your username in the upper right corner and
    Select the administrator account.
  3. in the upper left corner
    Click on the menu icon.
  4. Organizasyon,
    Click on the Users menu.
  5. Hover over the user you want to make passive.
    Click on the icon and
    Select Make Passive.
  6. EvetClick .
Resetting user password #

User password resets are only done with administrator accounts.

  1. In your browser narbulut.comby entering, Narbulut nDocs Workspace Go to the area.
  2. Click on your username in the upper right corner and select Administrator account.
  3. Click the menu icon in the upper left corner.
  4. Organizasyon,
    Click on the Users menu.
  5. Hover over the user whose password you want to reset.
    Click on the icon and
    Select Reset Password. A password reset link will be sent to the user’s e-mail address.
