Creating a file #

1. In your browser login.narbulut.com a girerek, Narbulut nDocs Workspace Open the home screen.
2. Located in the upper left Ekle Click the icon.
3. You want to create from the menu that opens.

Dosya kaydetme #

In Narbulut nDocs Workspace, your files are saved as you type. You don’t need the save button. Save  If you want to use the button, it is located on the left side of the top menu.

View file #

To view files you have created or opened on any computer and other documents, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint files:

1. In your browser login.narbulut.com a girerek, Narbulut nDocs Workspace Open the home screen.

3. Click the document, table, or presentation you want to view.

Clue: If you have shared your file with someone else, you will instantly see the changes made by that person.

Rename the file #

When creating a new document, table or presentation, the relevant file is named with the document name given by you.

To rename the file if needed for any reason:

1. Right click on the file.
2. In the menu that appears

   

   RenameSelect .
3. Enter the filename you want to rename
4. Update Click the button or Enter Press the key.

Clue: If you have shared your file with someone else, you will instantly see the changes made by that person.

Create a copy of the file #

1. In your browser login.narbulut.com a girerek, Narbulut nDocs Workspace Open the home screen.
2. Right-click on the file you want to create a copy of.
3. In the menu that opens

   

   Kopyala Click .
4. Select the folder path you want to copy.
5. To confirm the transaction Kopyala Click the button.

Downloading a copy of the file #

1. In your browser login.narbulut.com a girerek, Narbulut nDocs Workspace Open the home screen.
2. Right-click on a document, table, or presentation.
3. In the menu that opens Downloador to the right of the file

   

   Download Click the icon.

Clue: To download the office documents file as a .pdf file in Narbulut nDocs Workspace:

1. In your browser login.narbulut.com a girerek, Narbulut nDocs Workspace Open the home screen.
2. Right click on the file you want to download as PDF.
3. In the menu that opens, PDF Olarak Kaydet Click .
