Edit Office files #

You can edit an Office file in the following ways:

• Editing the file directly in Narbulut nDocs Workspace (No Microsoft Office license required)
• Download the file and edit it on your computer. (Microsoft Office license required.)

Editing an Office file in Narbulut nDocs Workspace #

If you want to work on a file in real time with other users, you can edit an Office file directly in Narbulut nDocs Workspace.

Edit an Office file #

In Narbulut nDocs Workspace, double-click the Office file. Your file opens in the browser you are using.

tips: #

• Narbulut nDocs Workspace supports password protected files.

Unsupported features #

The following features are not supported when editing with Docs, Sheets, or Slides:

• Makrolar
• Embedded graphics and videos in Word and PowerPoint files are converted to images.
• Linked spreadsheets in Excel files.

Downloading Office files #

To download Office files:

1. Open a browser window.
2. Right-click on an Office file.
3. In the menu that opens Downloador to the right of the file

   

   Download Click the icon.
