To delete your files in Narbulut nDocs Workspace, move them to the recycle bin. Files in the recycle bin are automatically deleted after 60 days. in your recycle bin before the 60-day period is up. you can restore files.

Move a file to the recycle bin #

To remove a file from Narbulut nDocs Workspace, move it to your recycle bin. The file remains in your recycle bin for 60 days before being automatically deleted. When you delete a file:

  • If you own the file, it will be moved to your recycle bin in Narbulut nDocs Workspace.
  • When you delete a file in the public area it is moved to the admin recycle bin. Get support from your administrator to get it back.
Emptying your recycle bin #

You cannot permanently delete a file in your recycle bin. Files are automatically deleted after 60 days.

Recover files from recycle bin #

If you want to keep a file in your recycle bin, move it back to “My Files”. If your file has been deleted in the public area and you want to recover the file:

  • Contact your administrator to restore the file.
If you cannot recover your deleted file #

If you delete a file and need to get it back, contact a Narbulut support specialist. Call us or get support to find your file.

Restore files you deleted #

If you have recently deleted a file from Narbulut nDocs Workspace, you can restore the relevant file yourself.

Restore deleted file from your recycle bin #
  1. In your browser login.narbulut.comby entering, Recycle Bin Go to the area.
    • Clue: You can sort files by recycle bin date to find the oldest or newest file sent to the recycle bin.
  2. Right-click the file you want to recover.
  3. Undo
    Click.
  4. You can find the restored files in their original location. If the original location of the files no longer exists
