Your nDocs Workspace storage size is calculated separately for individual workspace and shared space.
When managing large folder structures, child and parent folder permissions may differ. You can override the inherited permissions of subfolders to be different from the parent folder. You can also remove permissions that a subfolder inherits from its parent folder.

Set full, visual, or special permissions for users
When sharing a folder with a user, you can choose what the user can do with that folder.

Special: Users can copy, move, delete, download the file, or these permissions can be customized. Expiration date, download, size, ip restriction can be defined.
Change shared users
When you share a folder, you can change the permissions of the users you grant access to, remove them, and add new users or groups over time.
