Solution:

Metot 1 :

1. Make sure you are connected to the internet.
2. Make sure you do not have any firewall policies that would restrict your access to Narbulut servers.

Metot 2 :

1. Close the Narbulut Backup Now application.
2. “HizmetlerOpen the ” application.
3. “Narbulut Backup Now Denetim ServisiStop the ” service.
4. “C:ProgramDataNarbulutNarbulut Backup Now“on the road”Data” folder.
5. “Narbulut Backup Now Denetim ServisiStart the ” service.
