SQL Versions Report #
Explanation:
This report shows the number of daily backups of the databases that the specified users have included in the backup list in SQL backup tasks.
Checks to be made:
If database backup numbers are not as expected, the following checks should be made:
- on your computer https://login.narbulut.com Go to. Log in with your user information.
- Find the relevant user in the Products > Backup Now > Installations menu.
- Check the connection status of the Narbulut Backup Now application with Narbulut servers in the “Connection Status” column of the installation. If there is no connection, check the following:
- Make sure that the device on which the application is installed is turned on and connected to the internet.
- Make sure that the “Narbulut Backup Now Audit Service” service is “Running”.
- Make sure that the “Service Status:” information on the application interface is “Running”.
- Enter the Installation Details > SQL Tasks menu. Check the last error messages of the databases that have errors in the “Last Task Detail” menu.
- By clicking on the message you can see the full text of the message.
