Users Who Have Not Send Files for a Long Time Report #
Explanation:
There has been no file movement in the folders followed by the users mentioned in this report for a long time. If you think there is no activity in these folders, ignore them. The report here is sent only for the monitored folders.
If there is no versioning in the monitored folders of any user affiliated with your organization for 2 days, the sending starts and continues until the files are activity and versioned.
Checks to be made:
- on your computer https://login.narbulut.com Go to. Log in with your user information.
- Find the relevant user in the Products > Backup Now > Installations menu.
- Check the connection status of the Narbulut Backup Now application with Narbulut servers in the “Connection Status” column of the installation. If there is no connection, check the following:
- Make sure that the device on which the application is installed is turned on and connected to the internet.
- Make sure that the “Narbulut Backup Now Audit Service” service is “Running”.
- Make sure that the “Service Status:” information on the application interface is “Running”.
- You can check the followed folders and their latest update status from the Installation Details > Tracking Directories menu.
