No Backup Has Been Made for a Long Time Report #

Explanation:

This report indicates that the specified users have not been able to make backups since the relevant dates. If any user affiliated with your organization cannot make a backup for 2 days, it will be sent and will continue until the problem is resolved.

Checks to be made:

  1. on your computer https://login.narbulut.com Go to. Log in with your user information.
  2. Find the relevant user in the Products > Backup Now > Installations menu.
  3. Check the connection status of the Narbulut Backup Now application with Narbulut servers in the “Connection Status” column of the installation. If there is no connection, check the following:
    • Make sure that the device on which the application is installed is turned on and connected to the internet.
    • Make sure that the “Narbulut Backup Now Audit Service” service is “Running”.
    • Make sure that the “Service Status:” information on the application interface is “Running”.
  4. Enter the Installation Details > SQL Tasks menu. Check the last error messages of the databases that have errors in the “Last Task Detail” menu.
  5. By clicking on the message you can see the full text of the message.
  6. You can check the followed folders and their latest update status from the Installation Details > Tracking Directories menu.
