1. Personal Data:
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law"), all data that identifies the candidate, including but not limited to the candidate's name/surname, place/date of birth, phone number, contact information, marital status, criminal record, educational status, education details, work experience, foreign language skills, seminars, conferences and certificate programs attended, references, and evaluation notes of the relevant department regarding the candidate, which are contained in the resumes of candidates applying for employment, are within the scope of personal data.
Your personal data mentioned above may be processed by "Narbulut Bilgi Teknolojileri Sanayi Ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi" (hereinafter referred to as NARBULUT) as the "Data Controller" in accordance with the explanations below.
2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data:
Your personal data;
- Evaluating your job application request and your suitability for the relevant position,
- Conducting and concluding the recruitment process,
- Communicating application forms and job interview invitations,
- Planning human resources processes and improving the recruitment process,
- In case of a negative result, your application will be processed for evaluation in similar or other positions that may arise in the future and for contacting you in this regard.
3. To Whom and For What Purpose Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred:
Your personal data may be transferred abroad through third-party cookies (e.g., Google cookies) and limited to data accessible by these cookies, within the scope of the Law's provisions on transfer of personal data, the purposes stated in this Disclosure Text and in order to fulfill legal obligations, to authorities legally authorized to request personal data, domestic/international affiliated third-party real and legal persons, service provider companies and their officials, our business partners and company shareholders, group companies, and for the reasons and purposes stated in our Cookie Policy.
4. Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection:
Your personal data is collected within the scope of personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, based on your explicit consent and the legal basis that data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right, through physical media, electronic media such as keeping log records, e-documents uploaded to the internet system, e-mail, and by audio, written, visual, or electronic methods.
5. Rights of the Data Subject Listed in Article 11 of the Law:
In accordance with Article 11 of the Law; the data subject may apply to NARBULUT through the methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board;
- To learn whether personal data has been processed,
- To request information if personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly and to request that the transaction made in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- To request deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring its processing disappear despite being processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant laws, and to request that the transaction made in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- To object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- To claim compensation for damages in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
To exercise the rights mentioned above, you need to submit your request containing the necessary information and documents to identify your identity and the right you wish to exercise from the rights specified in Article 11 of the Law to NARBULUT in writing at kvkk@narbulut.com. Your requests will be concluded by NARBULUT as soon as possible depending on the nature of the request. If the transaction related to your request requires a cost, a fee may be charged by NARBULUT within the scope of the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
6. Retention Period, Destruction and Deletion of Personal Data:
- When the purpose requiring its processing or retention disappears,
- When the data subject withdraws the explicit consent given,
- When the data subject subsequently submits a request to NARBULUT,
- When the data controller is obliged due to legal obligations, court or Personal Data Protection Authority request,
- When the maximum period requiring the retention of personal data has passed and there is no condition that justifies retaining personal data for a longer period, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
