login.narbulut.comAfter running the installation file you downloaded from , double-click on it to run the application for the first time. Log in with your panel login information. After the configuration agent runs automatically,“Folder Management”menu will greet you.
Overview
You can switch between pages using the menu on the left. It consists of 9 submenus: Folder Management, Version Management, Deleted Files, Email Backup, Sync History, File Sharing, SQL Backup, Settings and Help.
Folder Management
On this page, you can add and remove folders you want to back up. To add a folder“Add Folder”Click the button.

Show the folder path to the application using the relevant buttons and“Select Folder”Click the button.

After adding folders, you can view their status in this menu.

To remove folders, select the folder and“Remove”Click the button.

Version Management
“Version Management”You can manage backed up folders and files using the menu. You can view, download and share files. After selecting a folder, you can filter the files.
File filtering
You can find the files you are looking for using the search bar.

You can see the versions of any file by clicking on it,“Return to Version”or “Save As”You can use the buttons.

Save as
"Revert to Version" option does not delete the original version. If you make a mistake, you can revert back to the original version at any time.

Deleted Files
Deleted files or files in folders you left backed up60 daysIt is stored here along with its versions throughout.

You can revert deleted files to a specific version or save their versions.

Save as
Deleted files are permanently deleted after 60 days. Make sure to recover your important files within this time.
Email Backup
You can back up your Outlook files with .PST extension. Email backup option is enabled by default.

The application automatically finds .PST files in the system.“Backed Up Outlook Files”You can add it to the list.

Sync History
In this menu, you can find the history of backup operations that Narbulut Backup Now application completed or failed to complete during the current session.

On this page you can view the files you have shared and the files shared with you.

SQL Backup
You can create and manage scheduled tasks to back up your SQL databases. To create a new task“+New”Click the button.
Adding SQL task
Give your task a name, add a description if you want, and“Forward”Click the button.

Determine the temporary folder where backup files with .bak extension will be created.

Select your SQL server type.
Server type
Enter the SQL server connection information and“Test the connection”Confirm with the button.

Select the databases you want to back up.

Set scheduling options:Daily/Weekly, Monthlyor Periodic.
