The purpose of this Policy is the information shared with Narbulut by Platform members/visitors/users (collectively referred to as “Data Owner”) during the operation of the www.narbulut.com website and mobile application (together referred to as “Platform”) operated by Narbulut. To determine the terms and conditions regarding the use of personal data generated by Narbulut during the Data Owner’s use of the Platform.

Personal Data Processing Purposes
Narbulut uses the personal data provided by the Data Owner, including the purposes of creating a membership registration and account and keeping related records, enabling the Data Owner to benefit from the services provided on the Platform, detecting system errors and monitoring performance, improving the operation of the Platform, providing maintenance and support services and backup services, and carrying out the necessary work by business units to benefit the relevant people from the products and services offered by Narbulut and executing the relevant business processes, and recommending these products and services to the relevant people by customizing them according to their tastes, usage habits and needs, and It may be processed for the purposes of planning and execution of the activities necessary for the promotion of Narbulut, carrying out the necessary work by the relevant business units to realize the commercial activities carried out by Narbulut and carrying out the related business processes, ensuring the legal, technical and commercial-occupational security of Narbulut and the people with whom it has business relations, and planning and execution of Narbulut’s commercial and/or business strategies.
Personal Data to be Processed in Accordance with the Explicit Consent of Data Owners and Purposes of Processing
Within the scope of the Data Owner’s explicit consent, Narbulut will be able to process data and share this data with the parties mentioned below in order to increase the user experience by tracking the Data Owner’s movements on the Platform, creating statistics, profiling, direct marketing and remarketing, creating promotional suggestions specific to the Data Owner and forwarding them to the Data Owner, and using the data obtained in this context in all kinds of advertising and material content.
Transfer of Personal Data
Narbulut may transfer the personal data of the Data Owner and the new data obtained using this personal data to third parties whose services Narbulut uses in order to achieve the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, limited to the purpose of providing such services. Narbulut may share it with third parties such as outsourcing service providers, hosting service providers (hosting services), law firms, research companies, call centers, including those who send SMS, in order to improve the Data Owner’s experience (including improvement and personalization), ensure the security of the Data Owner, detect fraudulent or unauthorized use, investigate operational evaluation, eliminate errors related to Platform services, and achieve any of the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 9 and 9, it may be shared with Narbulut and Narbulut Company officials, shareholders, business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and organizations and legally authorized private institutions, and may be transferred abroad within the framework of the procedural principles specified in Article 9 of the Law and the decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board, limited to these purposes.
Collection Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data
Personal data is collected through the Platform and electronically. Personal data collected for the legal reasons stated above can be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698 and this Privacy Policy.
Rights of Personal Data Owner
According to Article 11 of the Law, data owners have the right to:
- Learn whether personal data about them has been processed, to request information if their personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose, to know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
- To request correction of personal data if they are incomplete or incorrectly processed, and to notify the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred about the transaction carried out in this context.
- Despite having been processed in accordance with the law and other relevant legal provisions, the person has the right to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring processing are eliminated and to request that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
- To object to the emergence of a result to his detriment by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems, and to request compensation for the damage if he suffers damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
The rights in question are. Requests regarding the use of personal data may be submitted by personal data owners through the methods specified in the Policy on Processing and Protection of Personal Data prepared by Narbulut within the Scope of Law No. 6698, available at www.narbulut.com. Narbulut will finalize these requests within thirty days. Narbulut reserves the right to charge a fee regarding the requests based on the fee schedule (if any) determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Data Access and Use
Depending on the user’s request, our application accesses and processes the following user data to provide the best experience for our users and to provide data backup functions:
Contacts: Depending on the user’s request, we provide access to back up our users’ contact information on their devices. Personal information is stored encrypted on our cloud servers to enable users to restore it at any time.
Photos and Videos: Depending on the user’s request, we provide access to back up photos and videos on our users’ devices. Photos and videos are stored encrypted on our cloud servers to enable users to restore them whenever they want.
Audio and Other Files: Depending on the user’s request, we provide access to back up the audio and other files (documents, application data, etc.) on our users’ devices. Audio and other files are stored encrypted on our cloud servers to enable users to restore them at any time.
Device and Other Identity Information: To ensure the functionality of our application and optimize the user experience, we collect device ID, model, operating system version and similar information on a mandatory basis. This information is used to monitor the performance and compatibility of our application, to fix bugs and to improve our application. Unlike other backup data, the collection of this information is non-selective and is required to use the application.
Data access and use is carried out only for the purposes stated above, and we act with respect for the privacy of our users. We take security measures in accordance with industry standards when processing and storing data. Our users’ data is not shared with third parties and is used only by our application; otherwise, this does not occur without the express consent of the users.
Deletion of Data and/or User Account
Deletion of Data: Backed-up data is deleted upon the user’s request through the application. Deleted data is stored in the recycle bin for 60 days against possible user error. At the end of this period, the data in the recycle bin will be deleted beyond recovery unless the user restores it.
Deletion of the User Account: In case of a possible user error, the user account will be deactivated for 60 days from the end of the user’s license period. If the user has not renewed the license at the end of this period, the user account and data will be automatically deleted beyond recovery.
